A qualifying deposit is a recurring ACH direct deposit that arrives electronically from an employer or a government agency, such as a paycheck, pension, Social Security or another government benefit. Teller deposits, ATM deposits, mobile check deposits, micro deposits, internal transfers, external transfers, wires, debit card transfers and peer to peer services do not count. The bonus lands between 110 and 140 days after opening. There is a lower rung at $300 if you can only reach $3,500 in direct deposits over the same four months. Offer expires October 30, 2026.
