Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Stacks OS and the Fat Stacks Academy website (the “service”), operated by Fat Stacks Academy. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Stacks OS is a bank-bonus tracking and sequencing information tool. It catalogs publicly available bank, credit union, brokerage, and credit card promotional offers, and helps you track requirements, deadlines, and progress on the ones you choose to pursue.

Everything on this site is educational information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Bank offers change constantly and are controlled entirely by the banks that run them. We do not guarantee that any listed offer is still available, that its terms are current, or that any bonus will pay out. Always verify the terms directly with the bank before opening an account.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login credentials to yourself. One account is for one person. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Paid subscriptions

Stacks OS Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime with the Manage billing button in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

4. Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, contact us at fatstacksacademy@gmail.com and we will work it out with you.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links to banks and card issuers on this site are referral or affiliate links. If you open an account through one of them, we may receive compensation. This never costs you extra. An offer you reach through a referral link can occasionally differ from the public offer described on the page, so always confirm the bonus terms on the bank's own page before applying. Rankings and recommendations in Stacks OS are based on offer value and requirements, not on affiliate payouts.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the catalog or any other part of the service; don't resell or redistribute our data; don't abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service; and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fat Stacks Academy is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions you make based on offer information that turns out to be outdated or incorrect, missed bonuses, bank fees, or account closures.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
