THE $300 ARRIVES IN TWO HALVES, A YEAR APART. Open a new Get Real Checking account with at least $10. The first $150 is for enrolling in eStatements and then, within the first 90 days, either having $1,000 or more in aggregate direct deposits post, or making at least 25 point of sale debit card transactions of $10 or more. It is credited by the last day of the statement cycle after day 90. The second $150 is a loyalty bonus paid only after the account has been open 12 months, and only if you are still on eStatements and either have a recurring direct deposit posting in the last statement cycle or an active debit card, meaning 5 point of sale transactions of $10 or more in that cycle. It is credited by the last day of the statement cycle after day 365. If you close the account before the anniversary you keep the first $150 and lose the second.
