Three separate pieces add up to $250 on the same account. $150 simply for opening a qualifying UNIFY checking account with a debit card as a new member; Right Start Checking does not count. That $150 is paid after your first statement cycle and needs no direct deposit. Another $50 for establishing a recurring ACH direct deposit of at least $500 aggregate per month within 60 days of opening. Another $1 for every debit card purchase over $5 in the first 60 days, capped at $50, so 50 qualifying purchases maxes it out. The direct deposit and debit card portions are credited in the statement cycle after day 60. It takes $25 to open. All bonuses are limited to one per member and per account.
